We provide a wide range of courses that are relevant to all consumer law enforcement officers.
Courses can be provided to all local and central government enforcement officers or can be specific to a profession or area of law.

- Investigating offences & developing prosecution reports – 2 day course
- Interviewing suspects
- Due diligence
- Food labelling
- HACCP – implementation, investigation & auditing
- Court proceedings – 1 or 2 day courses
- Court proceedings – a full mock trial. Can be attended by up to 100 delegates
- Auditing food factory systems for food safety or food standards - 2 day courses
- HACCP and the inspection of primary food producers and feed mixing
All courses are one day events unless stated otherwise.
