This is the highest result anyone has gained since we started IRCA certified training in 1992.
Regulatory services upgrade for the Enforcement & Legal Process manual
Early in 2010 the 2nd version of the SWERF / SWERCOTS Enforcement & Legal Process manual will be available electronically to subscribers.
The 1st version was intended for trading standards, but the 2nd version is aimed at all regulatory services.
We acted as the consultant contributors for both the 1st and 2nd versions and can provide training for new subscribers to the manual. Obtain more details via the Contact Us page.

Latest training courses for the Food Standards Agency
We continue to provide auditing and factory inspection training for the Food Standards Agency. The food liaison groups for Essex and south east London were provided with training in Auditing Food Safety Activities and Processes. One day Food Factory Inspections training has been provided for food standards officers in the south west, the midlands and the south east. The training will be provided in other areas of the UK in December and through to March 2010.
The Lake District Creamery (First Milk Cheese Co Ltd) had its first Integra Training & Consultancy internal auditor training course.
A two day Internal & Process Auditing training course was provided for the Lake District Creamery (First Milk Cheese Co Ltd) in Cumbria. The training was very well received by the ten participants. Not only did they look at the practicalities of auditing in the factory they also had a go at a ‘live audit’. All did very well. This was in spite of the bad weather on day 2 and the possibility that traveling home might have been difficult. We hope the Creamery staff have not been badly affected by the flooding.
