Internal auditing for services
A two day course that provides the practical approach needed to effectively audit management systems / processes in the public and private service sectors.
The course is not only appropriate for ISO 9001 auditing but also for auditors of charter mark, best value, IiP processes. An emphasis will be on auditing management processes.
A key pre-course element is for each delegate to advise the tutors of their specific internal auditing requirements and these will be catered for on the course through audit planning, checklists, conducting an audit and reporting on the audit results.
