Internal auditing of food & drinks processes and safety compliance
This practical two day course would benefit all food safety managers, QC personnel and supplier auditors in the food & drinks industries.
The training provides participants with the knowledge and skills to audit food & drinks processes, formal systems (e.g. BRC, ISO 22000) and key food safety compliance activities.
A key pre-course element is for each delegate to identify their organisation's key processes and specific internal auditing requirements. These will be developed on the course through audit planning, checklists, conducting an audit and reporting on the audit results.
