The training is based on ISO 9001:2008.
Our practical hands-on approach will ensure you leave the course with the knowledge and skills to effectively plan, conduct and report QMS audits.
A course intended for quality professionals in the public and private sectors, environmental health and trading standards officers and supplier auditors.
Key learning objectives / course content:
- Gain a comprehensive and working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008.
- Being able to prepare, conduct and report QMS audits.
- Understanding the key elements of 1st (internal), 2nd (suppliers) and 3rd party
- auditing.
- Understanding process auditing.
- Being able to develop effective audit plans and checklists.
- Being able to contribute to an organisation's approach to continual improvement.
- Understanding how to implement effective corrective action and then undertake
- follow up as an auditor.
