Process management - ensuring effective management, less waste and the basis for improvement
All organisations need to understand their key processes and manage them well to effectively meet or exceed customer requirements, operate in a leaner, more efficient way and ensure ongoing improvements.
In a practical way this course shows how to identify and develop your key processes, manage, monitor and improve them.
The pre-course work for each participant will be based on the identification of key processes and performance indicators in their organisation. These will form the basis of the training and at the end of the course each participant will have an action plan to implement and develop their processes.
This training would benefit management system managers, QC managers and personnel involved in the development of ISO management standards or company improvement processes.
