Completion of the course gives participants the confidence to audit food safety management systems throughout the food chain.
The course would be beneficial for food safety team leaders, food chain QC professionals, food supplier auditors and all enforcement officers involved with food safety / standard issues and the inspection of high risk premises.

- Gain a comprehensive and working knowledge of ISO 22000.
- Being able to prepare, conduct and report FSMS audits.
- Understanding and auditing the risks associated with the food chain.
- Practical guidance on auditing HACCP.
- Understanding and auditing local food safety legal requirements.

- development.
